• Managing Client Expectations —The Anatomy of a Professional Investigation - This presentation will stress the importance of managing the investigation process from the human (client) aspect as an integral part of the overall paranormal investigation. Investigators who are successful at understanding, accepting, and working with the emotional, physical, psychological, and religious needs of the client will be far more effective at resolving paranormal issues. Clients need to feel that they are just as important to the success of an investigation as any evidence obtained, and they need to be coached and empowered by the paranormal team to help them regain control of their lives.
• Quantum Physics and the Paranormal: Scientific Revolutions with Paranormal Explanations - This presentation deals with the changing trends in the scientific community towards quantum physics and the possible explanations for paranormal activity. It deals with several of the commonly hypothesized theories for interdimensional planes of existence, time and substance as we vaguely understand it, and how breakthroughs in science can actually lend weight to the paranormal community's claims.
